Product Introduction
The flotation machine is mainly used for sorting non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc, lead nickel and gold, and can also be used for rough selection and selection of ferrous and non-metal.It is subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and flotation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.
Working principle
The flotation machine driven by motor revolves the impeller and this will bring the centrifugation and negative pressure. In this condition enough air will mix with the slurry and at the same time the slurry and chemical will mix very well to make the mineral adhesion to the bubble.The height of flash board can be adjusted to scrape useful bubble .

Application: This flotation machine is widely used in rougher flotation ,fine flotation and reverse flotation for nonferrous metal,ferrous metal and nonmetal minerals like copper.lead,zinc,nickel and molybdenum etc.The flotation machine also can he used for concentrating of coal, calcium fluoride and talcum.
